Auburn, CA – Dakota Wilson a resident of Auburn, California, died tragically while felling a tree at his home on the family ranch on Tuesday, February 14, 2023. He was instantaneously killed when a tree cracked and fell on him in the wrong direction. The family of Dakota released a statement following his death. The passing of Dakota has left a huge hole in the hearts of all of the family, as well as his many friends and acquaintances.
It was reported that Dakota was getting ready to marry the love of his life, Grace Von Aesch, in June. Since they had known one another since elementary school, Dakota and Grace had been together for about six years. Every day, their love for one another grew stronger and more solid.
David D. Chaddock, a resident of Whittemore, Iowa, and Wilson’s family member released a statement on Wednesday;
It is with the deepest regrets and heavy hearts our family share the tragic news of the passing of our son Dakota Wilson. Dakota was loved by many, and in this time of grief to the family , it is good to get the support of so many that knew and loved him, and even those who never met him.
Dakota was turning into a fine young man, and his life was cut short way to soon by a tragic accident. While felling a tree at his home on the family ranch in Auburn California, when it broke and fell the wrong way, landing on him and taking him instantly.
Dakota was preparing to wed the girl of his dreams Grace Von Aesch this coming June. Dakota and Grace had been together for almost six years, and had known each other since grade school. Their love for each other grew solid and strong daily. Theirs was a tale of young love that blossomed and grew, and they were both excited to spend their futures together, and we were always pleased that they had found each other. They were a cute couple together, and although it was tragic his love Grace was by his side in the end.
The passing of Dakota has left a huge hole in the hearts of all of the family, as well as his many friends and acquaintances.
