Beaumont, CA. – Mark Leonard, a longtime resident of Beaumont, California, and the owner of Ictus Strategic Marketing passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023. Leonard was described as an intentionally kind person and one who always made others feel special. The cause of death has not been made public. Don Morris from Norco, California, announced the passing of Mark Leonard through his Facebook account on Sunday. Morris wrote, “Mark Leonard was an intentionally kind person, always making others feel special. My last memory of him was texting me last Thursday to let me know he had left something for me at church. What a thoughtful guy!
He added, “I got distracted when I got to the facility later that morning, and I forgot about his treat until I walked in on Saturday afternoon — just hours after I learned about his passing. Mark, you brightened the lives of everyone you came across. We are sad now, but that is only temporary until we see you again.”
Mark Leonard hailed from East Grand Forks, Minnesota, he attended East Grand Forks Senior High School, a public high school in East Grand Forks, Minnesota. He studied Music Education at the University of North Dakota. Later, he studied at California State University, San Bernardino.

If you knew Mark Leonard, you know he loved a good story, whether it was shared over coffee, dinner, or around a backyard firepit. He loved stories in Scripture and in books, on film and on stage, and don’t forget his love for podcasts!
