Martin County, Texas – According to the authorities, a single victim died Thursday night in a multi-vehicle collision in Martin County. On February 9, at around 7:18 p.m., a tragic collision occurred on State Highway 349 just 6 miles north of Midland.
According to the authorities, Darren Dean Anthony, 58, of Midland, Texas, was traveling northbound on the highway when he crossed the double yellow line and struck Madison Merrick’s car, who was from McAlester, Oklahoma.
Anthony then carried on driving in the northbound lanes before colliding with two more cars. One of the drivers, 19-year-old Midland, Texas resident Brianna Lexa Limas, was declared deceased at the site. No other information was available.
The crash remains under investigation.
