BOISE, Idaho – A resident of Boise, Idaho, Tyler Lantz passed away on the morning of February 6, 2023, according to an announcement made by the Lantz family on Monday night Feb. 13. Tyler’s cause of death was not made known. The statement made on Tyler’s Facebook account reads, “On behalf of the Lantz family, it is with great sorrow that we have to tell you that Tyler passed away on the morning of Feb. 6. We want to reach as many people that cared for him as possible. There will be a memorial service at 2:24 p.m., Feb. 24 at the Boise Depot.”
It continues, “We would love for you to share your favorite moments of Tyler. Feel free to comment below, DM, or post a story, and tag Tyler so we can see the many happy memories you have of him. Thank you all.”

Who is Tyler Lantz?
Tyler Lantz was described as a great individual who has a good heart and a great personality. Tyler was a resident of Boise, Idaho, he went to Mountain View High School. Tyler studied at Boise State University, a public research university in Boise, Idaho. Founded in 1932 by the Episcopal Church, it became an independent junior college in 1934 and has been awarding baccalaureate and master’s degrees since 1965. It became a public institution in 1969.
